A conversation is a unique customer interaction within a 24-hour window. All messages exchanged between you and a customer in that window count as one conversation, regardless of how many messages are sent.
What happens when I exceed my conversation limit?
You won't be cut off. Additional conversations are charged at €0.45 each on Starter and €0.04 on Growth. You'll see usage in your dashboard so there are no surprises.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade instantly, downgrade at the end of your billing period. No lock-in contracts on Starter and Growth.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored in the EU on GDPR-compliant infrastructure. We never transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
How long does WhatsApp Business API setup take?
Most businesses are live within 24 hours. We handle the Meta Business verification and number registration for you.
Do you charge for WhatsApp message fees?
Meta charges per-conversation fees for WhatsApp Business API messages. These are passed through at cost — Tyra does not add a markup. Your Tyra plan covers the platform, inbox, automations, and integrations.
What integrations are included?
